Water Conservation Proclamation

The Suwannee River Water Management District's (District) Governing Board adopted a proclamation declaring April as Water Conservation Month on March 12. The District invites all local governments within our region to join us in promoting water conservation by adopting a similar proclamation.

Adopting such a proclamation will help increase public awareness about the importance of water conservation to protect our water supply and water resources.

Featured below is a map of the District. Local governments who adopt the water conservation proclamation in March or April will be recognized by the District. Once your local government adopts the water conservation proclamation the District will highlight the map in blue to show your community support.
