On this primitive tract, visitors may enjoy biking, hiking, horseback riding, and wildlife viewing on administrative roads. Many of the river access points provide launches for canoes or small boats.
Travel north on US 19 to Tower Road and turn left; travel south .25 mile, turn left on first graded road (Meatball Express Road); travel south 2 miles and the tract is on the left.
Travel west on US 98, veer right on Salt Road; travel 3.5 miles and the tract is on the right. Cross the river, turn right on Ralph Whiddon Road; travel north .5 mile and the tract is on the right.
