Those who would like to participate in the Governing Board meeting are able to register for the GoToWebinar at https://bit.ly/3xhz9Uy. A confirmation email with a link to join the GoToWebinar will be sent after registration. To join the webinar, click “Join Webinar”. When you join the meeting, you will have the option to join audio via computer audio or call-in number. Call-in participants will be required to enter a pin number. The pin number will be available after logging onto the webinar. Please do not use speakerphone or put your phone on hold. Audio will be automatically muted when joining the Webinar. During the conference call, the Chair will instruct the public when the time for public comment will be allowed. When your name is called by the Chair, please raise your hand within the GoToWebinar, wait for the organizer to unmute your line and then you will be prompted to unmute your line.
