[ARCHIVED] SRWMD To Hold Water Use Rule Development Meetings

The Suwannee River Water Management District will be holding three water use rule development meetings at District headquarters in Live Oak on October 14 and 15.

The meetings are being held for members of the public to discuss proposed changes and rule development for 40B-2, Florida Administrative Code, Water Use Permitting rules.

The meetings have been broken down into three categories of water users: agricultural, commercial and industrial, and public utilities.

The meeting for agricultural water users will he held on October 14 from 6-9 p.m. A dinner will be served and will begin at 5:30. The meeting for commercial and industrial users will be held October 15 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

The final meeting is for public utilities water users and will be held October 15 from 1-4 p.m.
