LIVE OAK, FLA., DECEMBER 5, 2023 – The Suwannee River Water Management District (District) will hold its Governing Board meeting on Tuesday, December 12 at 9 a.m. The meeting will be open to the public at the District Office in Live Oak as well as streaming online at the District’s YouTube channel.
The December 12 Governing Board meeting agenda and meeting materials are posted on the District website at www.MySuwanneeRiver.com.
This marks the first meeting that the District will stream its meeting via YouTube. This change brings ADA compliance features such as closed captioning to the feed and reduces the requirement of added software downloads for participants.
Governing Board meetings will be accessible online at https://www.youtube.com/@SRWMD and the stream will be accessible shortly before the start of the meeting.
Those wishing to provide public comment on an item should do so in person during the meeting or submit their comment online at www.MySuwanneeRiver.com/Comments. Due to the change in the streaming process, the District will no longer allow live public comment via phone or online platforms. Comments submitted online will be read by the Governing Board Chair; the District will still allow for in-person public comment.
